A list of the cheapest all class unusuals available for purchase on the Steam Community Market in 2018! Ranging from 13 to 16 keys!

Introduction

This guide will focus on the cheapest all class unusuals in the game as of 2018. While you shouldn't expect the nicest hats or effects, I was surprised by what can be bought for so cheap, I even found a vaguely themed hat for £20 (16.6 keys)! The pricing on the guide is accurate as of July 2018 but if you're looking at this in the future, simply click the links provided to view the prices.

Onto the hats:

Company Man

A simple cap which was originally a promo item for "Deus Ex: Human Revolution". Being a simple baseball cap means that it'll fit so many loadouts and at £25 it's hard to turn down. Although you will be limited to effects like Bubbling, Smoking, Steaming, Nuts and Bolts and maybe Orbiting Planets or Orbiting Fire if you get lucky with a quick-seller.

Noble Amassment of Hats

Again, a hat that will go with most things. However, also a hat where for a low price you'll be getting Massed Flies, Nuts and Bolts or Bubbling. Pretty nice looking hat on every class though.

Noble Nickel Amassment of Hats

Pretty cool robo hat which would fit into any robo loadout nicely. Very cheap for what it is and some nice effects pop up every so often too.

Hot Dogger

Now, this hat is pretty awful, it went all class after being just for Scout and doesn't really fit, it never really even fit Scout. This makes it very cheap and means you can get some nicer effects than on the other hats. You start being able to afford Aces High and Dead Presidents with this hat.

Bot Dogger

Pretty much as above but would work better in a robo loadout if you really have to have to an unusual. You can get some cool effects as I mentioned with the Hot Dogger

Towering Pillar of Hats

A pretty funny, over-the-top hat which doesn't really fit on any class due to being so stupid, in a way it's so silly that it does fit. Nevertheless the hat(s) is pretty cheap with some meh effects.

Towering Titanium Pillar of Hats

The robo version of the Towering Pillar of Hats. The robo hats are typically less desirable than the regular version. Because of this you can get effects like Aces High or Dead Presidents for the same price. This fits most classes well if you're going for a robo theme.

Universal Translator

Not only is this the cheapest unusual on this list, it's also slightly themed! The hat itself is a space hat and you can get it with the effect Orbiting Planets for super cheap on the market! This hat would fit any space or futuristic themed loadouts perfectly, especially with the effect Orbiting Planets which is the best low tier space effect.

Tundra Top

A pretty cool hat that works well with excersize cosmetic sets (Weight Room Warmer + Breakneck Baggies) as well as winter sets. If you wait a while you can get an orbiting planets one for cheap. The entire hat changes colour when painted too so that's a plus.

A Rather Festive Tree

The only option for a low tier unusual for a festive loadout. If you're that Scout with the jingly shoes and the Heavy that looks like Santa, this is for you. Some decent effects are available too: like Dead Presidents.
