Fair Item Level Requirement

Kuvaus
Very simple mod that changes the level requirement on blue and unique items, to be the same than the item level.
In the normal game blue and unique items have a level requirement above the item level, that can be annoying.

For example, if you find a lvl 76 blue sword :
Before -- You have to be lvl 84 or match the attribute requirements to use it
After -- You have to be lvl 76 or match the attribute requirements to use it (because the sword is lvl 76).

It's working for all blue and unique items that don't have a specific level requirement.

To be clear the items that have a specific level requirement are generally set items.
It's not a big problem because most of set items have actually a required level below the item level, but there are a few exceptions. Maybe i'll see later for these exceptions.

Items that require a level above 100 are not affected either.

The mod does'nt bind the items and it's retroactive.

I see you have only QoL, UI or new dungeon mods. Indeed they don't break the balance since they don't modify the gameplay at all :)

Do you have examples in mind?
Demarki 2.5.2020 klo 10.51
@potterman well yes and no, you can find plenty mods that just make the game better without ruining its balance.

Most mods break the balance of the game. You have to give up the idea of "balance" when you install mods really
Demarki 2.5.2020 klo 6.58
Doesn't this break the balance a bit? The game itemisation was designed with required stats in mind in order to equip items, if you can just slap on whatever you find, it kinda beats the points of its whole design.

@danielmratliff21 : ancient items adds new boosted blue items in the game and this mod changes the level requirement for blue and unique items (it's working with ancient items too)

What's the difference between this and Ancient Items?

Cy.Rain look at the picture, the lvl 19 sword (look up in the left corner) has a lvl 19 lvl requriement. Where as in the original game it could maybe be lvl 20-21 before you could use it
