Yeah that would be nice! A lot of people have been asking for that, so maybe in a future update.
I'd also like to point out that someone had brought to my attention that you DO NOT need to use a reflection cube and recepter in those little 1x1 rooms and can replace them with a relay. This actually helps out with the item count quite significantly.

Actually a nice little puzzle too; I see you have lights bordering everything to get rid of wire litter. I hope they add an option to removed the dotted line manually. Forcing the system to give up looking for a path is rough workaround.
