Subscribe to download

This is a vastly improved version of Anaemix's original testmap. The map has been designed to be the perfect practise environment and for multiplayer usage.
You can neither level up your perks nor gain achievements on it, it's for practise purpose only!

Download And Installation:
1. Press subscribe to trigger the download.
2. If your Killing Floor is already running, you have to restart it so the game can load the map.

Important Note:
When hosting KF-TheTestmap-2 in listen mode, clients connected to server will disconnect on map change.
This is needed to enable perk progression on listen servers after KF-TheTestmap-2.
This does not apply to dedicated servers!

I actually figured out that I had too much downloaded content, some of which didn't even work - so I undownloaded those ones and the test map worked! The map is very fun; my friends and I went and spawned 15 Patriarchs lol!

Iirc, there is a limit of 50 items that you can concurrently being subscribed to.

It has been a long time that I have touched the game, so my memory could be off. The thing here is that the big monsters have three hitzones (you can view it by enabling the corresponding setting in the testmap tab). Namely, head, upper body and lower body. Since the pellets have the ability to penetrate you can hit a monster several times with each pellet penetrating through the different hitzones. This is the reason why diagonal shots are so powerful (maybe you have already seen some "pros" jumping and shooting diagonally downwards, e.g. to initiate the fleshpound combo as support specialist).

Just in case anyone will respond, I've got a question. I've been testing out different weapons on this map and for some reason I'm getting massive damage from shotguns. Much higher than what the wiki says they should do. On scrakes, fleshpounds, and the patriarch, in stead of 7 pellet hits, I'm getting more than 20 hits from a single shot. Dealing nearly 1000 damage per bodyshot, when the maximum should be 392. Has this always been the case? Is it something that happens in this map but not in normal games? I'm scouring through the wikis and the internet in general but no one seems to talk about this being a thing, even though it seems like a huge deal for anyone using a shotgun.

the map is downloaded in the ncentive but it is not the list of maps in the game
