Description
THIS MOD NO LONGER REQUIRES PATH OF TORCHLIGHT 1, but here's a link anyway: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=806910563&tscn=1499921426 IN ORDER TO FUNCTION PROPERLY, THIS MOD, IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE IT WITH PATH OF TORCHLIGHT 1, HAS TO BE ABOVE IT.

This is a continuation of my first mod in this series, Path Of Torchlight. Like the first one, this mod will add new maps for you to explore, while adding a "ladder" of challenge through the different Tiers of maps.

Stuff This Mod Adds:

- Each Tier increases damage taken by the player by 10% and decreases the damage you deal by 10%, but the trade-off is that you will receive 10% more gold and 10% better magical gear drops from enemies and bosses in the map!

- I've also added Raids that you can challenge yourself with as well, these Raids will act like Grim Dawn's Challenge Dungeons. They will need a Skeleton Key to get into, and those only drop from Tier 2 or above Map Bosses from my mods!

- There are now chances for Exiles to spawn in any Tier 2 or above map from my mod. These Exiles are like "player classes gone rogue," have a large pool of health and deal loads of damage. If you are successful in killing them, they will ALWAYS drop at least one unique item!

- There is now a new way to make maps. Instead of buying Tier 3 or above maps from my merchant in the Mapworks, you now have to visit the Transmuter to combine 3 of the same Tier 2 map to make a new Tier 3 map. For Example, to get the new Tier 3 Island map, you have to combine 3 Tier 2 Beach maps at a Transmuter in the Mapworks.

Currently there are a total of 13 new maps, the Ramparts, the Necropolis, the Docks, the Island, the Altar, the Lair, the Tower, the Pit, the Nest, the Canyon, the Gardens, the Museum, and the Beach. I plan on having at least 6 maps per Tier, just to give you guys an idea on my process. In addition to the maps, there is only one Raid, it's called Deephold, and is accessible by buying its corresponding map from the new vendor I've added in the Mapworks, his name is Zenarius.

IMPORTANT:
- To get to the new dungeons and raid, you need to buy their maps from the new vendor in the Mapworks, his name is Zenarius. They also drop from monsters, and from the Map Bosses at the end of my dungeons.

- To be able to enter a Raid through its locked door, you need to find and loot a Skeleton Key from any map boss. Higher tier map bosses will have a higher chance of dropping a key.

@demon-storm, I mean Tier 4, Tier 4 maps are the most challenging etc. etc. My mistake.

@demon-storm, also, I'm sorry to let you know, but I'm not working on this mod and I don't plan to do so soon. I have too much work at the moment with college and what not.

@demon-storm, the Tiered System is meant for players who are over-geared and are looking for a challenge. It isn't meant for anyone to do easily. Tier 3 maps are the most challenging my mod has to offer, I wouldn't recommend starting there; tier 3 maps are meant to prepare you for the Raid my mod adds in.

Also, the enemies named "shadow" alone make me want to unsubscribe from this mod. It's just ridiculous and unfair.

Some map bosses are grossly overpowered. I was hoping you would tweak them a bit. There are bosses that offer no counterplay and deal incredible amount of damage (ramparts boss for example) or some bosses that are placed in cramped spaces.

@Jove: When at the Estherian Enclave walk near and activate the Portal at the center of the Town which will save characters from getting stuck at the Mapworks.

Since the character is already stuck at the Mapworks I recommend using the mod that extends the Mapworks and includes Scrolls to Portal back to any Town.

Is the name a reference to Path of Exile?

I found some really bad map generation problems with my recent run throughs of the Docks, hopefully I can fix those soon.
