Description
Makes scrolling smooth. Everywhere. Sorry for poop gif quality, there's a 1MB limit.

Overrides: UIScrollbar.
Incompatible with my Capped Scrolling Speed. You should switch to this one, it has that functionality included.

Unfortunately, this doesn't cap the scrolling speed.
It only makes the scrolling smooth.
Is there something I'm missing?

:xcom2sharpshooter: For those who can't get it working - this got the mod working for me. :xcom2sharpshooter:

Go to Documents\My Games\XCOM2 War of the Chosen\XComGame\Config

Now delete everything in there.

Apparently, sometimes old code stays there even after you install a mod.
The game will rebuild all those files when you next start the game.

@tomomi1922 — Not using the other mod.

@krumiro so what is a way to go around this beside not using this mod?
krumiro Dec 27, 2018 @ 3:37pm
the reason is that in the description it is not mentioned the important fact that this Mod overrides +ModClassOverrides=(BaseGameClass="UIScrollbar" which is the same class overridden by "Raw-Based Scrolling Speed" from ToxicFrog so both mods simultaneously will have this FPS drop

Whenever I use a mod that messes with UIScrollbar, my framerate at the World Map tanks to 11fps. No idea why.

Dragon32 is on literally EVERY mod page helping people struggling with this lousy mod problem. Respect, man. You're helping a lot of people.
