Description
OVERVIEW
This mod adds 3 new World Wonders for the Information Era: the Square Kilometre Array, the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) and the Universal Constructor.

SPECIFICS
This mod adds the following three wonders with associated Civilopedia entries and all new splash screens (existing icons used):

- SQUARE KILOMETRE ARRAY
- Tech: Globalisation
- +1 Great Scientist Point
- +1 Science from all featureless tiles (no Forest, Jungle, Marsh, Oasis or Flood Plains) worked in all Cities.
- Provides a free Observatory in the City in which it is built.
- City must not be built on Hills.

- STRATEGIC DEFENSE INITIATIVE
- Tech: Lasers
- Reduces population loss from nuclear attack by 25% in all Cities (effect stacks with Bomb Shelters to prevent any loss).
- Provides a free Bomb Shelter in the City in which it is built.

- UNIVERSAL CONSTRUCTOR
- Tech: Nanotechnology
- +1 Great Engineer Point
- Creates a copy of each type of military land unit you control and places the Unit near the City where the Universal Constructor is built.
- +30% Production when building military units in this City.

DESIGN
I realise most games are either finished or are finishing by the Information Era but I always felt the era was a little bare for those playing slower games or past the end so I thought a few new, powerful wonders would spice things up a little. I also realise extra science generation by this time is a bit redundant unless you beeline for it but I liked the idea of the Square Kilometre Array too much to pass up (also helps that existing icons in the game are suitable enough) but let me know your thoughts on balancing - during my testing, I didn't fine anything too broken but I know everyone plays differently (also bear in mind, I only know XML so my modding ability and ideas are a bit limited).

UNINTENTIONAL ISSUES AND OTHER NOTES
- None found in testing but let me know if anything does break.

Should automatically appear in your mod list when you boot up Civ 5 but the workshop can be inconsistent with that sometimes.

SDI was in the first Civ. It was similar to how the bomb shelters work now.

Should've used a Ronald Reagan quote for SDI

It's actually great if you're playing a mod that adds any kind of post-information-era, such as future worlds or first contact era.
Nice!

@CyberGlob
No, it's like the Hanging Gardens (which provides a free Garden without needing to be next to a river).
