How do i Access EE Admin Panel ?

By pressing the tilde key and typing "DataCmd EE_AdminPanel" command in the console with out Quotations. (its a standalone Admin Panel, you dont need anything else)

How can i block Exiles Extreme Chest Feat

After update 2.5 Blacklisting feats is now possible via settings ini file.FeatsBlacklist=("x?) extended by FeatsBlacklist=(?x?, ?y?, ?z?)

FTP to your server navigate to ConanSandbox/Config open DefaultServerSettings.ini scroll down find FeatsBlacklist= and add
FeatsBlacklist=("1000578")
