Data Venia (A submod overhaul for Divide Et Impera 1.2)

Description
This submod overhauls many aspects of Divide Et Impera, aiming at making the game more challenging.

Built on the slightly slower, previous combat balance with a plethora of new twists. Lots of new features on the campaign map (including new confederations, different building bonuses, completely removed political spam that is replaced by new tech bonuses, new faction emblems/colours, tweaked supply values to support larger armies and much, much more...)

The Data Venia campaign balance is balanced around "normal"-difficulty and the combat too (just like in the main mod). If you play in another difficulty, the AI will be weaker and you might miss out on other changes since I haven't edited those values.
This system allows you to play against the tough AI in "normal/normal" settings in coop/head-to-head.

Is it still coming within a few days? Been eager to try this mod out since last year lol. Can't wait!

A small update:
Unfortunately I lost four hours of work when I tried opening a specific database table with PFM instead of RPFM. PFM decided to delete my whole pack permanently... (never using that crap again)

I'm now slowly reworking the lost data, so the release is still a bit off.

Hello,

Not sure what mod that is, but anything changing campaign mechanics/effects/unit stats etcetera won't be compatible. Thanks!

1.2.4b hit the DeI forums around 10 hours ago and is the version I'm building the update on currently.
You can expect a playable version this week most likely, but I don't have an ETA on when all new features will be in (the new general trees, the thracian overhaul, and lots of other new stuff).

At least you'll be able to play it with most campaign/battle mechanics from previous DV versions, while we add the new stuff little by little in a multitude of updates.

Man, too bad about this mod. It was one of my favourites. RIP
