Honestly the map looks really good layout wise. There are a few areas that need clipping to avoid tugging to walls. I also think that the Bar area near A Site should be closed off and clipped. It has no real purpose, and is just another angle to check. But other than that. Great Job! Texture this shit up and release it.
I also played around with making the railing solid, but sadly it seems that making the railing solid, as well as any other solutions I thought up, ended up creating more problems than it fixed. For your idea of making the railing solid, it actually just created more headshot angles in much more common positions than the window position, and severely buffed those positions when they really didn't need buffing. So it seems I'm probably going to have to keep it the way it is for now.
Also, I feel like the radar needs a bit of work. Perhaps making the roofs nodraw just for one radar version of the map? It'd really help since it's in a greybox stage and spawns and bombsites are a bit hard to distinguish in the first couple playthroughs.
