Description
------IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you download this gun pack, AND you also downloaded my Vasquez model pack prior to 05/21/2017, you will have duplicates of the pistol and shotgun that I packaged with him. As I was working on porting the rest ofthese guns, I decided to put all the guns in a separate folder, since there were so many of them, and I changed how I was naming the guns. I've updated the Vasquez model pack so the included guns will have the correct location etc. now.

If you'd rather not have two copies of the same guns floating around, I highly recommend that you get the updated version of Vasquez, and then you can safely delete the old version of the guns.

Once you've installed the updated version, these are the files to delete: "HyperionPistol.dx90", "hyperionpistol.mdl", "hyperionpistol.vvd", "HyperionPrototypeShotgun.dx90", "hyperionprototypeshotgun.mdl", "hyperionprototypeshotgun.vvd".

They should be located wherever your SFM Workshop models are saved. In my case, I use the default, so the folder path is ". . . SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\models\mcemily\TFTBL\Props"

Sorry for the inconvenience! And now on with the show!

"GUNS! GLORIOUS GUNS!" --Marcus Kincaid

Borderlands is known for having "87 Bazillion Guns." Tales from the Borderlands, on the other hand, has a whopping 27. And here they all are, in one convenient pack! In cases where I could clearly identify a gun as a specific make/model from Borderlands, I have named it as such. In some cases, however, Telltale combined parts from several different sources to build the guns, and in these cases, I just stuck with the more generic names they came with.

All of these props feature high-resolution textures, dynamic outlines, and basic armatures. Each gun has a minimum of two bones: one for the trigger, and one in the grip of the gun, to allow you to lock it to a model's hand if you so choose. Some of the guns have other bones to allow for moving parts, or to lock the rocket launcher to a character's shoulder, etc.

Some of the guns have body groups. Fiona's Derringer, for example, has options to toggle the springload mechanism off/on, and has several different options for the gun's barrel.

If you use any of these models, send me a link to the finished project; I'd love to see it!

Do not repost/upload these models elsewhere... certainly do not claim it as your own work. Please ask before porting to a different format.

Hi there, Rexic! Unfortunately, no. I haven't tried to port any of the guns directly from the actual Borderlands games. Those models are notoriously difficult to work with, as I understand it, due to the randomized nature of the guns. They're basically just a bunch of parts that get assembled on the spot when the gun generates. The guns in Tales from the Borderlands are much more straightforward. No assembly required!

Is there a pack with the firestarta from pre sequel?

Holy crap sorry for taking so long things got a bit busier on my end. I need somebody that can help me somehow digitize a lot of stuff from Borderlands in general

Ok thank you

I will see if I can find those. I'm not as familiar with the BL2 file system or models, and the weapons are notoriously difficult to work with. But I'll see what I can do. He will at least have the awesome sword, since that is in TFTBL.

Thanks! And could it add his kunai from borderlands 2 if that’s possible?

Eventually I am sure I will get around to porting the Zer0 model from TFTBL, and when I do, I will be sure to port his sword as a separate prop. :)
