Terra Garta is a Tower Defense game, which has the player build an entire military base, in order to destroy the invaders.
Many unique buildings will generate income, protect or repair other buildings from inevitable damage, upgrade adjacent structures, construct units and, of course, kill creeps in a variety of different ways.
Place together only buildings that synergize well, protect weaker buildings by hiding them away from the front lines, and spread fast to reach valuable resources.
Show no mercy to the creeps by freezing, burning, electrocuting, disarming, slowing, stunning, or unleashing a storm cloud of missiles at them.

Key features:
  • You build more than just traditional turrets.
You also build economy, defense, support, and mobile units.

  • 16 (as of now) unique buildings.
They provide many ways to kill, earn money, protect the base and ultimately help you win the game.

  • 25 different upgrades.
See how they impact the gameplay and let you play beyond any previous achievements.

  • The game is in development.
Which means there are more things to come.

  • The game is in development, I seek feedback and criticism.
Your suggestions and thoughts are appreciated.
You will be able to see how I include them in regular updates.
I will continue the development live on Steam Greenlight.

And tell me what you think!

The game has been updated on September the 10th 2012. Update notes here:

Hell, congrats!
Air  [author] Nov 9, 2015 @ 10:12am

The game is a little bit stalled at the moment. Mostly because of the lack of time that I'm ready to contribute to its development.

The comments here have clearly shown that the game needs a graphics overall. Done by an actual artist rather than a programmer. So that's one thing that needs to be done.

Since the submission was made I changed a few parts of the game. I.e. the creeps are going to navigate freely around the base now, they don't need a predefined path any more. But I also had to scratch most of the old content as a result of these changes.

Right now the project is in an "occasional" development. I can't set any dates. When I know it's on the runaway to shipment I will post an announcement and update the info here.

Originally, I didn't submit this game to be greenlit. But to get some feedback on my creation. Which I got plenty of. Now that there are more games like that on steam, it makes sense to ship it.

Thanks for showing interest.
