War Legacy is a team based ultra-realistic multiplayer first person shooter that challenges the player to a more tactical approach to battle and to carefully coordinate with fellow teammates in order to defeat the opposing team. It is a free to play slow paced tactical shooter. Bullet trajectory and penetration vs armor is modeled and also a realistic effect on the player’s health and ability to fight. The game spans the whole historical period of firearms development from the first crude gunpowder weapons to modern high tech assault rifles.


• 800 years spanning technology tree from early gunpowder firearms to modern specialized weapons. Advance through the technology tree, discover new weapons or upgrade existing ones with more advanced components and new attachments. As you progress new body armors and items become available for purchase.
• Ultra-realistic bullet speed, trajectory, penetration impact and effect on player health and ability to fight.
• More than 50 weapons, body armors, grenades and other offensive and defensive items. Each item and weapon has its own weight and affects the player’s combat effectiveness.
• Wound based health system that directly affects the player depending on wound location and gravity
• Advanced tactical map that lets players coordinate with each other, spot enemy players to other teammates, place markers for strategic points of interest and much more
• Skill based system that allows players to specialize and to develop abilities according to their style of play. Choose to be a sniper, assault trooper, machine gunner, demolitions man or close-quarters specialist.


As a player you start on a 15 vs 15 player map with previously selected character and gear. Your team’s goal is to capture the enemy’s strategic location or to eliminate all enemy players. Dead players do not respawn.
The team players have to coordinate to both defend the base and to attack the enemy strategic location. Pure defensive gameplay is not recommended because the map has key points that when first captured give the team bonuses such as additional players that can join the team. Supporting fellow players is highly recommended to increase efficiency. Smoke grenades are also highly recommended to obfuscate the attackers from enemy line of sight. Snipers are a great threat and must be dealt firstly with smoke mortar shells and flanking assaults.
Wounds are a very serious matters and must be dealt with utmost urgency. Every wound causes bleeding and a disabling effect according to location and bullet damage. Untreated bleeding diminishes player’s ability to fight and ultimately causes death. Players can treat themselves using disposable first aid kits and also can carry wounded teammates that cannot move by themselves out of the line of enemy fire. Body armors can reduce the damage inflicted or even stop bullets, but are heavy, expensive and slow player movement.
Bullets have their own trajectory according to environment factors such as wind and gravity, have penetrating values that decrease with range and do damage depending on their caliber, speed and type.
As players win battles they receive funds and points that they can spend on developing their skills, research new weapon techs and modules and purchase equipment and upgrades. Players can only fight other players of equivalent level to keep the game fair and balanced.

Technology and skills

Skills are based in real life. For example, there are no skills that increase the amount of damage the player can endure. Instead skills reflect what a real soldier would perfect in real life training and combat experience. There are skills that increase aim and reduce weapon unsteadiness allowing the player to hold the breath more for aiming and fire between heartbeats, skills that increase stamina allowing the player to sprint for longer periods with heavy gear, skills with weapons that reduce reload time or allow the player to perform special actions, skills with items that for example increase the effectiveness of first aid kits.
Technology level progresses as player spends points accumulated by winning battles. There are 10 level “tiers” from year 1200 to the present day. Each tier has several subcategories that must be unlocked in order to progress to next tier. Each subcategory allows the player to access new gear. Skills are linked to the technology tree with more advanced skills being available at higher level that reflect real life warfare tactics advancement.

Ah, i've just learned about this game good luck, didn't know if this was abandoned, this game looks great, especially for a free game to.
