I don't exactly have a real building based on but initial influence was the giagantic building on E 9th St. bet Chester Ave. and Euclid Ave in Cleveland. (I don't even know the name) Then you have something similar when you go to east. Henry W Oliver Building in Pittsburgh looks similar as well. and just like @Destinys Stepchild says it does look like the David Whitney Building too! So it is really based on collected visuals from google-traveling.
