Dataflow is a hacking puzzle game with thousands of procedurally generated stages. You must combine colored flows on a grid and redirect them to the respective receivers. Some colors mix together and some don't. You'll have to find creative ways to solve the stages using a limited amount of coins to buy a variety of modules, each one with it's own functions.

The game has a Classic Mode with handcrafted stages and a Random Mode with thousands of procedurally generated ones. You can type in specific seeds to generate unique stages and even share those with friends to challenge them!

So far, Dataflow won several prizes and was selected to participate in various brazilian game development events including: EPoGames, GP-DEV, and SBGames.

There is a couple of problems with Unity keeping the resolution always on 720 x 400 every time you play the game.

Window mode only works on the Menu screen, but when you start playing the game, then it reverts to the low-res full screen again.

Also, the Return to Menu button, takes you back to the Start screen instead of the Menu.

The hacking minigame in Deus Ex has nothing on this. This looks awesome, and the hacking theme is awesome <3

We are running the Game Development World Championship and would like to see you participate. It's good for your visibility and won't cost you a penny.

You can check it out at .

Good luck with the development!

Wow thats sounds Amazing! Seriously Up Voted, some people may think diferent but for me the art look so Old school wich make even more especial and differentiated of what we have seen on the store theses days. The gameplay is looking very nice, i apreciate the solving puzzle and learn hacking style.Want to play that in the future!

@FailFaster Thanks for the comment! I'm glad you see some potential in the game. I recognize some of these problems and I'm really considering doing a redesign of some aspects of the game to be more interesting and appealing.

Good idea, but needs to have better graphics. The faux 8-bit style can work, but clean up the colors and designs.

Actually a cool concept, but the poorly made graphics/UI instantly ruin it. If you redesign the graphics/UI of the game so they are appealing/interesting and better quality you would have something here.
