This mission is only a continued project based on the original, but most likely abandoned, mission from GreuhZbug[].

--- Overview ---
The area has fallen to the enemy, and it is up to you to take it back. Embark with your teammates on a persistent campaign that will span several weeks of real time to liberate all the major cities of the area.

- Experience a massive “Capture the Island” campaign involving a large range of different settlements across the entire area.
- Cooperate with up to 34 players, including a Commanding role, two fire-team squads, a medevac and a logistical support squad as well as AI recruits to fill the gaps.
- Purchase both infantry and vehicles (both ground and air) using three different types of physical resources; supplies, ammunition and fuel.
- Build the FOB of your dreams with an in-game "what you see is what you get" system.
- Play within an immersive engine that not only punishes you for civilian casualty but diversely reacts in turn.
- Combat aggressive and cunning hostile forces who react and adapt to your actions.
- Monitor and work alongside, or against, independent guerrilla forces.
- Learn that every window is a threat thanks to the custom urban combat AI.
- Accomplish meaningful secondary objectives that will benefit your progression.
- Never lose your progress with the built-in server-side save system.

any ideas why my game parameters dont save when i change them ?? for example want to have full Zeus control to have more factions to spawn dont save and wont work

Can someone help? My friends and I are setting up a dedicated Liberation Tanoa through a hosting platform. We are unsure of how to set the parameters of the mission file. When you host a server you can just use the parameters tab but I can't seem to get it to work that way. Any tips? Thanks!

Where does the Game save the progress and can it be reverted back to a date

To change factions, unpack the PBO.
Then go to kp_liberation_config.sqf

Scroll down to either BLUFOR or OPFOR preset, and there will be a list of numbers.

At the bottom of that list you will find 'KP_liberation_preset_(faction)' with a number after it. Change that number to the one you want.

Can someone pls tell me how to change the factions easily in the config. every one says that but i cannot find any info on how to actually do it.

Vehicles bought and spawned at FOB dont save on the persistant save. The spawn big bird do save correct. Makes it pretty much unplayable.

No other game mode iperiod gives me this error only these ones.
