Go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\447820\882629751
and copy the file "clearer_grenade_hud_icons.vpk" to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dayofinfamy\doi\custom
(Create a folder called "custom" if it isn't there already)

No more mistaking white phosphorus grenades for smoke grenades and accidentally burning your teammates - yay! And what the f*uck does "nebel" mean anyways?? Learning a couple German words - ain't nobody got time for that!
This mod was made to match the icons from one of my other mods: Inventory Weapon Silhouettes.
Special thanks to Itchytoenail for the idea.

Nebel means fog. Its a fog grenade.

ah this is good all thoose moments of chucking a grenade by your feet and it not being a smoke grenade.....

Yep, it works on unmodded servers :) Not sure about the capping markers, but I can have a look in the files and see if it's possible.

Just to make sure, this still allows you to still play on official unmodded servers? Also could you see if it's possible to remove or make transparent the ABC capping text markers, it should be enough that they blink at the bottom.. it's immersion breaking and frankly gets you killed sometimes
