Introduction
I only did one 100% guide before this, it was quite successful and I did it shortly after the game came out (the game was SUPER HOT). I know ADR1FT is already quite 'old' but there are no guides on steam for 100% hunters and neither could I find a 100% trophy guide for Playstation. Some achievements are secret and hidden and some others are somehow difficult to obtain and on the steam discussion forum of the game they are not really explained so I thought I would make a guide.

Time needed for 100%: 9 hours (with a video for collectibles)

Difficulty: low (with the video)

Minimum number of playthroughs: 2

Missable achievements: none really, if you do your first playthrough with all collectibles, and it's easier if you keep backups done with GameSaveManager (which I did not need to use)

When you finish the game, your last checkpoint will be before you finished it and you can go back to it and go around for missing collectibles etc, so not too much to worry.

1st Playthrough - Start the game and enjoy
On your first playthrough it would be better to get all collectibles (SSDs, radio transmissions, audio terminals, audio logs, personal tokens) maybe following a video guide without spoiling your game too much. You will for sure spend more than 2 hours this way, garantueeing you the achievement for the more-than-4-hours escape.

After following this video guide by rus199410

You should end the game with the following achievements unlocked:

Inquisitive
Listen to more than 50% of the Audio Logs, Audio Terminals and Intercepted Transmissions

Don't worry if it does not pop up. I had this pop up when I finished the game...I had a bunch of achievements unlock at the end of the game, when you pull the handle of the escape pod so if something that should register some kind of progress (like collecting stuff) doesn't unlock for you, wait and see if it unlocks at the end of the game.

Obsessive
Listen to all Audio Logs, Audio Terminals and Intercepted Transmissions

Same as above, when I collected the last SSD the achievement popped up, but when I listened to all logs, transmissions etc, the trophy unlocked only at the end of the game.

Redeemed
Escape the Northstar IV with all Astronaut Tokens

If you followed the guide correctly, you will have picked up 5 objects (+ the photocamera) that once belonged to astronauts. If you die or reload a checkpoint, make sure to pick up the same item again if it didn't save in the process (checkpoints in this game are weird). The camera counts towards the tokens even though it's not a real 'astronaut' token (it's from the station not from an individual).

Hardiman Above All Else
Collect all 25 HAN-IV Backup SSD's

The achievement unlocked for me when I found the 25th. There is no inventory nor there is a way to check how many you picked up. A counter will show up every time you pick up one SSD, saying #1 of #25, but there is no way to differentiate one SSD to another and no way to check...so follow the guide or take a screenshot for every SSD you pick up if you think you will get confused. Again, if you die in some places after some SSD, you may have to pick it up again after reloading a checkpoint.

Analytical
Escape the Northstar IV after more than 4 hours

It's not hard to need 4 hours or more for this game. If you start exploring, or even by following the guide etc, I am pretty sure you will need around 4 hours or more for one full playthrough.

Filtrum
Activate the HAN-IV FILTRUM Ring

This is also shown in the video guide. When you get familiar with the place, you will see that from the main HUB (the big tower where you always come back) 4 different doors can open. Those doors will lead to the various areas of the base (Spiritus, Mobilis, Solaris, Vocalis). From those doors, each corridor will have a Filtrum control panel. When all of them are online, you can interact and activate them. You can do this at the end of the game or just activate each terminal every time you come back from one area. You can even finish the game without doing this, so it is missable (unless you reload the last checkpoint after the end).

Survivor
Collect SPIRITUS Mainframe Data Backup

This spawns after you found all collectibles (or all SSDs? not sure). It will be at the main HUB, floating, below the tall tower where the computer terminals are. It looks like a normal SSD.

Home
Escape the Northstar IV

You get this when you finish the game.

Nietzschean
Completely repair your EVA Suit before escaping

I am pretty sure this is not missable. During a playthrough you will have to do some tasks by following the instructions and the marker on your map. After those tasks you'll end up interacting with a terminal, that will also fix your suit. The suit has 4 'repairs'. The achievement unlocked for me when I finished the game, so don't worry yet if when you repair the 4th feature of your suit the achievement isn't popping.

Father
Collect McDonagh's Personal Item

This is the first personal item that you can find, almost right at the beginning of the game, as soon as you get out in the open, it will be a bit down, next to the corpse of McDonagh: the corpses of the astronauts blink red so are very easy to spot

Dreamer
Collect Lopez's Personal Item

This will be floating right in front of your eyes a bit later in a room. Hard to miss. it's an instant photograph

Penitent
Collect Edwards' Personal Item

Will be floating next to him in the glass 'ball' just out of the Solaris corridors

Scientist
Collect Hudson's Personal Item

Will be floating in a room where you need to interact with a control panel switch, easy to see. It is a book

Visionary
Collect Olivier's Personal Item

This is not floating next to the ex-owner, it will be in a room with 'pink red lights', hard to miss.

IRIS
Collect the DLSR Camera

This counts towards the tokens. When you get familiar with the place and you know what is the tallest tower in the middle and when/how to get there, you will see that it actually has a broken window where you can go through (I didn't see it at first). The camera is white and is floating just on top of it in mid air. I guess you have to be careful because if you push it, you will not be able to get it back unless you reload.
2nd Playthrough - Speedrun + others
The second playthrough will be much faster and easier. You won't have to collect anything, you already know more or less the shape of the base and what to do. You know how to move and you will be faster and will know how often and where will be the oxygen cans.

For this playthrough you will need to:

- finish the game under 2 hours
- never die
- collect only 2 tokens of your choice and NOT MORE

Finishing in 2 hours is not difficult. I did it on the first try and I think I needed about 1h 40m. Few tips: try to remember always in advance where to go (even more when you are completely in open space with oxygen cans far from you), try to not hit stuff that will lower your oxygen levels, and constantly use thrusters right from the beginning because you go slightly faster, and pick up all the oxygen you see on the way. When you have the boost, keep boosting all the time and 'fly' in a straight line to minimize the distance you have to cover from one point to another.

Get two tokens: I picked up the very first one (McDonagh) and the second one (Lopez), because they are both on the way, easy to spot and to catch. Why 2 tokens? Because after that you just have to reload the last checkpoint after finishing the game, pick one random third token, and finish the game again for the other achievement, it's a matter of 10 minutes.

Never die: be sure to not go out of your best trajectory in the 3rd and 4th area, keep your oxygen levels high enough so that even if you get electro shocked you don't die in one or two hits. Even though on my first playthrough I did not die, I didn't get the achievement. On my second playthrough I never reloaded a checkpoint and never quit the game....so I am not sure what are the real conditions for this achievement. Other people in other forums had also some kind of problem with this 'without dying' achievement.

You will then this way get:

Determined
Escape the Northstar IV in under 2 hours

As already said, boost your way through everything, almost never stop, try to get hit as little as possible, keep your oxygen high.

Pragmatist
Escape the Northstar IV with 2 or less Astronaut Tokens

Just choose any 2 tokens (the camera seems to not count...), I suggest you get the first and second.

Indominatable
Escape the Northstar IV without dying

If you want to absolutely be sure, try not to reload a checkpoint or quit the game and to the 2 hours run in one session.

After you got all 3 achievements above, reload the last checkpoint, get any 3rd token of your choice (the camera did not work for me, I had to get a personal token) and finish the game. The 3rd token I chose is the Edwards token. You can reach the token easily from the last checkpoint: go down back in the main hub, enter the Solaris corridors, go on straight till you reach open space. You will see more or less in front of you, a bit far, a 'ball' of glass with the astronaut corpse blinking red.

The token will be next to him: pick it up, go back and finish the game with 3 tokens to get:

Repentant
Escape the Northstar IV with between 3 and 5 Astronaut Tokens

Getting the rest
I list here some miscellaneous achievements that can be unlocked also after finishing the game, by reloading the last checkpoint and they are not related to any real progress in the game.

Steel Nerves
Exceed EVA maximum velocity

If you didn't get this already, you just need to have all upgrades (or at least thrusters and boost), go in a long corridor or outside, and thrust and boost forwards for a bit trying to go fast, and it should unlock.

Quick Reactions
Escape being electrocuted 10 times

I noticed a bit later what the description really says: ESCAPE. That means you should NOT get electrocuted. If you already get electrocuted, it's not escaping anymore.
Find any electric cable outside (it's easier when you have the Integrity feature of the suit repaired because you won't lose oxygen with time). Very slowly get close to it and you will see that your suit will write 'powernode: failure', warning you about any hazardous thing in the surroundings. As soon as you see that message push back from the cable before you touch it. Do it 10 times. Video below:

Fearless
Travel the maximum survivable distance from the CEREBRUM Hub

Of course don't try this if you are going for a no death playthrough....I did this by reaching the top of the 'tower', where you find the camera. You can go through the broken glass. I did this with the suit completely repaired and oxygen close to maximum levels. Just push back from the tip of the tower, and either wait by going AFK or enjoy the view. When I got the achievement, I was this far:

Also, for the speedrun, it took me:
- the first two cores took me ~30mins each
- the third and last cores ~20min each (repaired thrusters and boost let you travel much faster)
- then another ~5min to the ending
totalling about 1hr 45min.

Thanks for the guide :)

If anyone still plays this: the Obsessive achievement isn't bugged, but there are more "Intercepted Transmissions" than the video shows.

There are transmissions that are dialogue by your crew members which trigger at certain locations in every level, and they count towards Obsessive as well. Some levels have branching paths, and are easily missed if the collectibles take you through another path.
For example, I missed some in SOLARIS, going right in the room with SSD #15. There's usually no reason to go right, as collectibles and first Energy Processing Module are on the left path.

So anyone who needs the achievement, retrace your steps through all the levels looking for paths and locations you didn't visit earlier.

Lastly Transmission #8 (in the video) is glitchy, it switches back to white if you load a checkpoint/save after listening to it. I don't know if this affects the achievement, but I listened to it again (so it's orange) before going to the ending.

Yo. Still want to lend that save file?
Rotten Cheese 86 Dec 25, 2017 @ 4:35pm
How would you send it? I can try. I'll try it.
rogermorse  [author] Dec 25, 2017 @ 9:35am
Are you sure you didn't miss anything? Maybe you can try with my save if you want, see if you can find a save slot towards the end?
Rotten Cheese 86 Dec 25, 2017 @ 7:17am
Yep. I retried from my final checkpoint 5 times. I am not one to give up, but if a game is glitched, what else can I do? I had the game bug out before this as well. I had to restart from getting stuck in the Vocalis Mainframe room. I think that the developers should patch it up.

Did you wait till the very end of the game?
Rotten Cheese 86 Dec 25, 2017 @ 6:25am
The Obsessive achievement did not pop up for me. Terrible.
