Description
This is a Texas Holdem Game , with chat and move

Hello everyone, we are a group of VR fans. We have played a lot of defferent VR games, but in fact most of them can only maintain the player's comfort through a short time, and then varying degrees of fatigue would appear. So we thought why not making one can enable people to sit to play, also with playability in a long time.

After exploring, this Texas poker shows up. You can operate in a way which is almost the same as the one in reality, sitting in a comfortable chair at home, and even lying on the couch to enjoy a tense and exciting trip of Texas Hold'em.

Now the game has been basically developed, some issues still existing for sure, but we are trying our best to fix them. Within a month, you can have it on the HTC Vive and Ocolus platforms!

By the way, the game is free!

Could be a good idea on what to do with VR.

We are running the Game Development World Championship and would like to see you participate. It's good for your visibility and won't cost you a penny.

You can check it out at www.thegdwc.com .

Good luck with the development!

To Skoardy : We just developed "knocking" feature , it is being optimized. We want you to only buckle the "trigger" button and palm up to knock the table. It works not very good now, we will try our best to improve.

Btw, the video's title is "output720".

I appreciate that it's trying to do more than just a basic game in VR, like having other tables, a detailed environment, and NPCs walking around.

However some of the elements like, the way the bunny-outfit barmaids walk is a bit primitive, especially how they turn (jolting in new directions).

The project looks okay. I don't see this as being unfair to greenlight, especially for a free project.

Interesting game, but name is too long for me. Only bad thing

Does 'knocking' involve bending your hands 180 degrees in the opposite direction to how they are normally positioned, because if not, you're looking at the wrong person in the screenshot.

You can knock on the table twice to "check". 'Texas Hold'Em' ? Let me ask our furniture suppliers first.
Skoardy Mar 9, 2017 @ 2:36am
And why does the table have 'Texas Hold'Em' written back-to-front on it?
Skoardy Mar 9, 2017 @ 2:36am
What is going on with that person's hands in the last screenshot?!

VR is dead.
