Description
Hierbei handelt es sich um eine leichte Änderung der Mannstärkeverfügbarkeit bei "Letztes Aufgebot". Während man vorher 25% einbeziehen konnte sind es nun stolze 100%. Das führt zu einem deutlich längerem Gefecht in der letzten Verteidigung.

No its, like the normal recruitment laws, except Extensive conscription does -10 training time, adult is the same, and all men serve gives 80% manpower and -20 training (maybe not -20 but something around there)

While the mod does let you get to 80% manpower i'm wondering if you can bring it to 100%

moin, sag mal, denkst du es ist machbar deutschland etwas chrom und wolfram zuzustecken - so von der karte zum abbauen? hab zwar den materialverbrauch der waffen in den dateien gefunden, aber vorkommen einsetzen - ???
