A UI Overhaul mod: Reduce clicks and make empire management easy!

NOTICE: This is an alpha software and is subject to frequent updates, which may often entail the introduction of bugs. By using this mod, I hope you understand there is no warranty, implied or otherwise!

This mod introduces hundreds of UI tweaks, new settings, and shortcuts. There's literally too many to list, so I advise just jumping in and testing it out! Major Known Issues:
* Most scenarios don't work with CQUI
* Production queue is buggy in hotseat mode
* Some UI elements aren't sized correctly with UI Scaling enabled
CQUI is available in English, Chinese, (partially) French, German, Italian, Korean, Polish, Russian, and Spanish. If you speak a language that CQUI isn't yet available in, I encourage you to visit the Github page and help us get it translated!

Huge thanks to the excellent CQUI contributors and translators. Without their hard work, unique skills, and vigilance in bug testing, CQUI wouldn't be half of what it is today. You guys rock <3

Additional credit to Astog, who allowed the use of his Better Trade Screen and More Lenses mods in CQUI, Greg Miller, who allowed the use of the Unit Report Screen mod in CQUI, and also mironos, for allowing the use of his Improved Deal Screen mod. Huge extra thanks to HellBlazer and his HB UI mod, the amount of shared code between these two mods is really the best of both worlds for both projects <3

Function tip/request (sorry if this has already been mentioned before): We already have a notification that tells you that a technology/civic has reached its eureka/inspiration threshold - which is super useful, but also can be missed quite easily (in my experience). Would it be possible to make that once this threshold is reached, the respective panel (in top left corner) changes color to e.g. red?

Chaorace here's another notification request: is it possible to have a notice that tells you what turn you made a diplomatic promise to another civilization and when the promise expires?

With Trim gossip section, the stuff below that is check, is that stuff that will be shown or is that stuff being trimmed and not shown?

It should be noted here or in the CQUI settings in game, that "Q" needs to be unbinded too if using the default Enhanced Bindings :)

Does this mod apply to games that are alread in progress? I wont apply to he current game but when i start a new one it works.

@The Infamous Just click on the tabaco pipe icon at the top of the minimap to access the CQUI Settings
