I guess Dragun was added to the title screen on a later update. This is from 2017 you see.

that shouldnt matter, i have the game and i did a comparison and the wallpaper engine is definitly off on the resolution

I think you cannot as the animation from the game, which I used here, has a max resolution. This is the best resolution possible I think.
