Simple Audio Visualizer

A simple audio visualizer!

Basically is a nice audio visualizer, with the ability for custom background images. Yay!

Now v2! Woo!

Here's the guide I followed, if you want to make your own! http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=837435817

Is there a way to adjust the horizontal position or anything like that? Kind of like the "simplistic audio visualizer"

Sometimes it has very big spikes when new audio comes in from quiet/silence. Overall it is still a pretty good visualizer! Just wished it did not have the humongous spikes.

How to put audio visualizer cover wallpaper?

That was my intended result, but it ended up looking somewhat rectangular. See for yourself by copying the files into steamapps\workshop\content\431960\857093804.

Ah, I think I understand. More samples = smoother curve because more vertecies... nice!

I think I need to add more comments.

I didn't change the stretching, but rather duplicated each value in the data array. This means that, say, instead of a section being [0.2, 0.5, 0.3] it is instead [0.2, 0.2, 0.5, 0.5, 0.3, 0.3]. Twice the data is stretched across the same screen space. Note that I did this at the beginning of the RegisterAudioListener, before smoothing/etc is done.

Yeah so currently it stretches the visualizer all the way across your screen, multiple or not (I think? dunno exactly how WE handles it), whereas what you did duplicates the visualizer, if I understand correctly. Nice job!

I thought this looked a bit off on dual monitors, so I made a mod that adds a "boxy" setting. Here are the changed files.
