Clear item descriptions (Outdated)

NOTE: THIS MOD IS OUT OF DATE. I don't plan on buying repentance but feel free to use this mod as a basis for your own descriptions mod.

Changes all items and trinkets to clearly state their effects! No more vague nonsense! Note that it doesn't tell you exactly how much DMG or range you might gain, if you want that information, just enable Found HUD in your options. My aim in this mod was simplicity and clarity.
