Description
This mod adds a tool, the paving hammer, that allows you to make cobbled or dirt roads. You will need to have the DayDot Material mod activated in order for the cobble material to be present.

***IMPORTANT : You need the daydot material mod to have the cobble material! ***

You'll need one large stone per paving action. Aim directly downwards until the farm-symbol appears and then hit. Sometimes you need to reequip it.

It is survival ready, you can just make the paving hammer at the smithy.

This mod does NOT support area permission and does NOT check the base material. I don't know how to get that to work with the current ModAPI, please let me know if you have a solution.

The source is here: https://github.com/DayDot/Cobble

The main functionality was based on the code of the following mod: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=396679430

@reloader90 I was assuming as much - but I have no Idea if I find the time to fix that anytime soon.

Thanks! Well it's not that hard, if another tool works the same way, we just would need to change the voxel name. Keep in mind however, that I'd like to make it a bit more restrictive (i.e. not paving rocks) so it makes more sense in survival.
Now you can already use this mod to make plain soil, which could work in a peasant home.

I guess the right approach would be a grass mod; maybe add a sickle, that removes the grass and gives it to you as an item, and then you can just plant it in plowed soil. Seem to me, that this would make more sense, actually. But then again: that would require that a mod could check of which material the taret voxel is made, which I cannot do because of prohibitions.

Man, this could be a real game-changer. I love it. I would LOOOOVE to have a set of tools like this for just vanilla worlds & vanilla voxels. So you could turn dirt back to grass, or clear woodland and return it to grass. Make floors of "old grass" in peasant homes, etc. I've thought for a long time about doing it but don't have any coding experience to make it happen.
