My best guess is that the Psychologist, Pharmacist and the Forester work like Emilia Marko and Pavle.

@Superior Chad Jurisak69 actually the police officer deals enough damage with a hatchet backstab to have them beg for their life, so he does have higher combat ability than the normal people

the psychologist actually loses morale as fast as the insurance agent, which is very very slow, but gains morale and consoles as well as zlata, easy s tier

Police Officer Can't instantly-kill from behind with everything, actually he can't insta-kill ever, even with a hatchet, so this info is wrong.
