Description
This simple mod disables the zone checking logic for all growable buildings. This is the logic that auto demolishes any buildings that are not placed on zoned land.

Hopefully this mod will remove the need to convert growables to Ploppable RICO assets.

It allows you to move growables via Move It!, or place them via the Search Box Mod without them despawning. You may also need to use Control Building Level Up to keep your relocated or plopped assets from leveling.

One downside to this mod is that you will now have to manually demolish growables if you want to dezone land.

There shouldn't be any mod incompatibilities. Please experiment with this on a test city before loading up your main saves to make sure its the right mod for what you want to build.

"Control Building Level Up" mod has a HUGE Banner saying that it is INCOMPATIBLE with the base game

Hey there. would it be possible to add the special districts like tourism or eco-offices and so on? so I can for example build one hotel in the city center without creating an extra district or loosing all my other generic commercial buildings. cheers :)

Really good mod and working well.....
Only one massive issue: When a building becomes abandoned other buildings build on the same plot. This resulted in my demand completely going down, all my citizens dying and abandoning their homes because they are using up all the city services. So I guess... don't use this mod for actual gameplay.
