Slow Time Spell v2.0

This is a lore friendly simple mod that adds two spells: Minor Slow Time and Major Slow Time guess what they do?
yes slowing time.

The spells can be found in the most likely place in whiterun as you know that it is found along with a note of Tiber Septim AKA Talos.

Why are these spells useful?:
-Dodging arrows (or taking them in mid air)
-FUS RO DAH them in slow motion is just fun
-releasing a barrage of arrows or magic spells
-making awesome shots or movies

Also the picture isn't that good cause it is difficult to show a slow time spell on a picture and ofcourse if you like this mod feel free to press the thumbs up sign it really helps me out.

PS: the best way to get the books is to cast a spell on it so they fly out otherwise it is to difficult to grab them.

UPATE v2.0 : this update changes the spell duration to 45 seconds and
the magicka you need to cast it is more.



*KNOWN BUGS*

A bug that stops time completely when activating the spell so be careful
