新情况大佬，登录界面和进游戏右下角电脑人引导是英文，其他的都是中文，是因为装了其他mod导致的吗

简单来说目前你只有字体，并没有汉化。
这是两个 mod，游戏主界面的 mod 菜单在只安装字体和订阅该 mod 的情况下。应该是：
1. Base Game Assets
2. [StarCore Localization Team] Simplified Chinese Mod
3. 星核汉化用字体
4. user
自己检查一下。

任务内容是在存档里的，你只有两个任务汉化了的话，可能是：
1. 没订阅这个汉化
2. 订阅了这个汉化但 Steam 还没下载
3. 订阅了也下载了，但与别的 mod 冲突了
