DS Tunnel Mine (CC edition)
v2.2 - 20 Dec 2017

** DO NOT use with 'DSTunnelMine.pkm'

*Requires a new game. The mod is now 107 ready.

adds Lumber and Candles, required as build cost for upgrades.

Build a Tunnel Mine in your town:

Random production version - produces Iron Ore, Coal and Stone randomly. Employs 1-8 Miners. (*allows 2000 resource production)
Select production version - produces Iron Ore, Coal or Stone, select production via UI. Employs 1-8 Miners. (*allows 2000 resource production)
once depleted, or if you like straight away, you can upgrade either mine to any of the following:
Upgrade option 1: Tunnel Mine upgrade - upgrade the mines for further Iron Ore/Coal/Stone production. Employs 1-13 Miners. (*allows 32000 resource production)
Upgrade option 2: Old Tunnel Mine Storage Cellar - stores all Foods, total capacity is 20000 by weight.
Upgrade option 3: Old Tunnel Mine Mushroom Farm - Grow Mushrooms in the old mine. Employs 1-3 Farmers.

code re-write, requires new game.
altered some textures and added AO to all models.
altered the flag pole to be compatible with the decorative flags available in DS Small Village: Production.
added DS Iron Ore resource models.
adds the NewLimits files along with Candles and Lumber as resources, required as upgrade mine cost.
adjusted build prices of mine and upgrades - some buildings require 4-5 items.
alters the Steel Tool & Mushroom resource file to call up small sprite icon, place this mod below others that alter these files.
text and icon changes.

Fixed issue with Mine upgrades only allowing 4000 production (changed to 6000 as stated in UI text).
Changed build cost of Mushroom Farm - lowered cost of Logs & Stone, added in Mushroom build requirement.

is this compatible with cc 1.75? it turns red in the game and says its got conflicts but this is the cc version right? or is it old?

The vanilla version is garbage, no selector option and no upgrades and I already have the random mines by Xez which makes this mod nearly pointless (only point is asthetic diversity, but I hate the esccessive road requirement). If you just made it produce Iron instead of Iron Ore wouldn't it be perfectly fine without CC? You could make another mod that acts as a patch that changes it from Iron to Iron Ore for CC. Or visaversa like Owlchemist did for Tighter Roads: Extended Edition. Or even just add your own little refinery to turn Iron Ore into regular Iron, even though Iron is already ore and the blacksmith and builders refine it into any shape they need to when they use it and that's accounted for in the Build requirement.

Thanks GlimmermanFX4 I was wondering the same thing as these guys and when you said "Iron Ore" that was the first time I even noticed it wasn't just Iron xD well so much for this mod. I'll try the vanilla version.

so building this mine and upgrade to mushroomfarm is the key for this one (haven't tried it yet)
is this mod also compatible with "unlimited mines & quarries"-mod if you have the upgraded mines/mushroomfarm?

To all those asking about the Iron Ore, if you are not currently using CC 1.62 The Forge Awakens then you won't have a use for it. In the CC mod there is a way to turn it into Iron and there are other uses for the raw ore.
