Make a note of the compression format used for the .dds ground textures (DXT5) and create "mipmaps" when you save it. You might have to resize the images to 2048x2048 pixels then convert it (I don't use that mod so I have no idea what was altered other than the Ground Textures)

The "alternate" way to combine the "snow mountains" and the "ground textures" mod would be to manually overwrite the snow mod files over my ground texture mod. The files are located in the "res/textures" folders of each mod.(make sure the 'snowy mountains' mod uses .dds textures or it wont work)
I can not do this and submit it to the workshop as the snowy mountains mod belongs to someone else.
