so I shouldn't have any turtlenecks above the water-line, but there should be three of them below the water-line followed by internal sloping to massively reduce internal volume
if a pendepth AP/F shell hits you below the water-line, you shouldn't need any turtlenecks, let alone three of them if a pendepth AP/F shell hits you above the water-line, you die instantly yeah, seems fine
maybe replace some of the airgaps with slopes? since the collision boxes were fixed, slopes now have airgaps in them and does block some HE damage. that includes shaped charges and squash heads too.
