Blink for TTT/TTT2

Description
Woosh.

This is a T weapon.

Changes
- Switched from leap to actual teleport.
- No longer works with the goomba-stomp addon (for now, unfortunately).
- More reliable edge/platform/ceiling detection, etc.

Features
- Reliable teleport with 99% fool-proof anti-stuck detection.
- Low-performance-cost visual effects to indicate where you are teleporting to.

Configuration
Configuration is most easily done through TTT2's administrator configuration panel.

Variable
Description
ttt_minty_blink_charge_count
The maximum amount of charges.
ttt_minty_blink_charge_time
Blink recharge time in seconds.
ttt_minty_blink_overcharge_damage
Allows blinking when not fully charged, at the cost of player health. Set to 0 to disable.
ttt_minty_blink_range
The maximum blink distance in Source units.

Straight up doesn't recharge for me, idk why.

@SvveetMavis Currently English and German are supported. If your selected language isn't available, TTT2 should automatically fall back to English. If it doesn't, please create a new Discussion.

Hey, while using blink, sometimes you get stuck because of a prop/wall being in the way of the destination of the blink and you. Is there any way to make you noclip through props while you blink?

Thanks for having resource.AddFile lines within your addon.

Doesn't take long to add, but it's a nice touch <3
