Killbox Steam release
Release date: Late 2016
Killbox is an online game and interactive installation that critically explores the nature of drone warfare, its complexities and consequences. It is an experience which explores the use of technology to transform and extend political and military power, and the abstraction of killing through virtualisation.

Killbox is an international collaboration between U.S. based artist/activist, Joseph DeLappe and Scotland-based artists and game developers, Malath Abbas, Tom Demajo and Albert Elwin of Biome Collective.

Biome Collective
Biome Collective is a diverse, inclusive melting pot of technology, art and culture for people who want to create, collaborate in, and explore digital art, independent games and pervasive technologies. The Dundee-based collective is the first of its kind in Scotland.

Biome is made up of an ever-expanding range of disciplines from design, music and art, to business and technology. We extend the possibilities of our practice through collaboration with partners in dance, theatre, music and architecture.

Our open and proactive approach is creating a culture of collaboration beyond the traditional by fostering local and international relationships, and creating original and unique projects. We are at the intersection of art, games, design and culture. and have a highly talented and motivated team with a track record of creating amazing, world class experiences that blur the boundaries between real and virtual worlds.

Special Thanks to:
This project would not have been possible without the generous funding of Turbulence / New Radio and Peforming Arts, NYC, USA; The Phoenix, Leicester, UK; The Cutting Room, UK, NEoN and Creative Scotland.

It's the installation trailer, as showing the actual game footage defeats the purpose of the acutal game/installation,. I think they should have probably put a video up showing some of the installation players playing it to give an idea.

It's not a very long game, and meant to just give you a feeling. Think of it as an expanded idea of the Spec ops the line White Phosphorous scene.

Cool concept. Nice artwork. Needs to show gameplay or nobody will buy it.

Trailers are required to have some gameplay. All your trailer is is a trivia dump followed by an extremely slow reveal of your game's logo.

Played the game at dare this year when visiting your collective. Really good and eye opening to the horrors of drone warfare. Good luck.

I found the trailer interesting but would like to see a video showing gameplay as well, which is required according to the rules of steam greenlight. As it is right now I can't vote for your submission, sorry.
