Farhide Cabin

Hello! This is my second mod. This is a playerhome cabin located along the shores of the lake west of the Guardian Stones. The home is ment to be used by the average hunter. it features three weapon racks, an alchemy table, a tanning rack, storage chests, a cooking pot, and an anvil. I hope you all enjoy this mod.

Feedback and/or constructive comments will be very helpful for me.

*UPDATE* I have done a little bit of remodeling, but fornow, i am releasing an update. However, Chests will be removed in the comming update. So please follow the note i have left on the dresser in the cabin. It will tell you what needs to be done to avoid losing items

As much as i hate saying this, I havent modded in quite some time. That being said, I only recently came back to skyrim, so i need to get back into the modding mood again. That may take awhile. Apologies.

I can't think of a more beautiful lakeside location in all of Skyrim, though it may have been an idea to remove or relocate the two sets of encountered creatures that dwell nearby, as most people will quickly tire of having to kill them every time they respawn. I wouldn't have bothered with the outbuilding either as it just blocks the lovely view to the north imho, and I don't think you've adjusted the path nodes for it as my follower keeps walking into its walls. Paths nodes are commonly overlooked when creating exteriors, and definitely worth knowing about. The interior is a little sparse to my taste but it is undoubtedly neat and there's adequate storage. I didn't find it too dark at all. Everyone's monitor has different settings. All in all, it's not bad for a second mod and a definitely a keeper based on location alone. Little advice though, don't mess about with storage you already placed. You'll make people nervous of using the house at all.

Hey Thou, just wanted to say that I really like your cabin, added it to favorites, I really like how simple it is and close to the lake, like other people said, perfect for a fisherman/hunter type. Unlike some others, I actually like that it is dark :).Other thing that I like is how every contained is named for better storage. great idea
