Idea and 50% of the code from "modding"

The mod does highlight the containers that contains the item that you hold or if you hover over crafting recipe ingredients.

I also added support for the Craft Pot mod by ivanx.

So hovering over recipe ingredients will highlight e.g all veggies or fruits and so on ;)

The client version from modding does only work for host and without caves at the moment.
That's why I made this version, which workds for everyone.
The downside is, that all clients need to download this mod, to be able to join a server with this mod enabled.
modding is still working to make the mod work on client side only, but it is not clear if he is able to.

Serp, thank you for making this mod and taking time to reply. I understand how busy you are and just let you know that I just upload Insights onto my rented server, and I will give the mod a try and let you know how it goes later on. Insight seems to be bit of overwhelming with info than most players need despite players are able to config the info display.

garymoontrain: you can try to update it, but I would recommend to use the "Insights" Mod instead, since it also has this feature and much more :)

A great work, one of the best server mods for DST. But the mod indeed requires some bug fix and update. A lot times, when hovering the mouse cursor over the crafting, chests do not highlight themselves. Serp, I love to update this mod only if you or someone could show me how to get start the work. I know high level math and basic programming. I hope your code is well documented.

I currently dont mod DST, so no major changes are possible.
But if someone writes the code I can update it.
Or in case I do not respond anymore for 1-2 months, everyone can take my code and upload a an updated version, with crediting me by mentioning my name and linking to the original.

this mod is really nice when insight or other similar mods just break and don't fix for weeks at a time (rn) but it would be nicer if you could customize the color of the highlight since sometimes during night or using certain lights the highlight is barely noticeable
