Angel In The Dark is a terrifying new free to play audio & text-based narrative adventure, in which you can see exactly what your in game character can see - absolutely nothing at all!

Put on some headphones, dim the lights, and immerse yourself in the sounds of a mysterious cave you'll never get to see as you explore, searching for a way out of the darkness.

Something very strange is going on...

Last night, you fell asleep in your own bed. Now, you've woken up in a dark, empty cave, with no memory of how you got there. At least you're not alone - you're joined by a mysterious girl named Lucia, who also has no idea where you are. Your only chance of survival is to explore the darkness together, searching for an exit.

Will you find a way out of the cave, or will you fall victim to one of the traps littering your path?

- A free to play horror adventure
- A short narrative that can be completed in under an hour
- Four unique endings
- Atmospheric, original sound design
- An original soundtrack
- Absolutely no visuals (aside from text, menus & logos, etc)

"Five chapters of interactively fictional horror. Hooray!"
Brendan Caldwell, Rock Paper Shotgun

"With no visual cues, the game really lets your imagination get the best of you."
Sebastian, Mana Marketing Blog

"...More like an exploration of what can be achieved in the visual novel medium without visuals than a visual novel in itself... If you look at it that way it does a fantastic job."
Silvachief, The Geek Clinic

I myself am not a fan of horror games, but I still say this game should be on Steam!

I would love to see this get made and put up on Steam! The concept is so new and interesting, and it is also like a choose your own ending horror adventure like some of R.L Stein's Goosbumps books used to be.
