Report a translation problem
In a way it's meant to be the "REAL" pteranodon (unlike ARK I did use the real name for example). Just larger so it works for gameplay purposes, and some speculative coloration cause it looks nice imo. That's kinda the point of my dossiers, even if I make some concessions so they could work as mount/fun game mechanic.
Granting it the larger size still wouldn't do much for ride-ability realistically, but it's more believable considering how much smaller a real ptera is.
I use Paint tool sai to draw/color everything then I move it into GIMP to use the dossier template.
