Regiment and Ethnic Diversity for Civilization V, G+K, BNW and all DLC

- Rescaling : all human and mounted units have been scaled down, no more giant infantry against tank ! Of course, the relative scale is nothing close to realism, but it looks way better IMO. The sea and air units are respectivly better proportionned.
- Formation : most units are now multiple figure, and the number of figures is raised in all human and mounted units. Existing formations have been reworked to reflect the change in scale, and new (14) formations have been added.
- Diversity : hundreds of new unit models for diversity, no gameplay change. See newunits.xls or version history for details

- Click the 'subscribe' button and go back in game, in the mod section, it will be downloaded automatically.

So I downloaded the mod manually and now whenever I try to start a new game, it crashes, how do I fix that?

I believe you should confine those unit skins you want to those civilizations, particularly custom ones, for now; just like what I did in placing my unit skins to those, especially Fire Emblem civs, historical civs, etc.

So is this mod trying to make everything look like a $5 animation budget movie? if so than they did a very good job.

I have the mod installed and activated but the models remain unchanged

Is there a version of this mod where units aren't rescaled? I like the vanilla scaling better because I can see the units much better in vanilla scaling.

It seems @Gedemon no longer updates this mod now, along with @Pre Vizsla. I'm afraid the mod itself is no longer supported due to his inactivity or he has no longer in the Civ V modding scene. If you have any new civs created by the modders, you should consider confining any unit skin you want just like what I did in those mods.

On the other hand, Ethnic Diversity mod by @Nutzzz is there but unfortunately, his mod is out of date as I found out one of the civs have insufficient unit skins (Portugal, Siam, Huns, Brazil, etc.), but he failed to answer to my post.

Tested now and for me it is really fantastic and realistic ... but I have encountered these problems:
1) the atomic submarine does not work in attack, only defense
2) same thing for the anti-aircraft missile launcher, it only defends itself
3) religion: in the cities you can not buy pagodas or mosques
For the rest it seems ok
The main problem is that the AI produces many units of missile launchers and nuclear submarines that do not then attack and therefore at a strong disadvantage
I really hope that the author or whoever systems it
Thank you

Everyone, this mod is no longer supported. If you have any mod civs, I suggest you should confine those unit skins into your respective mods for now, like what I did in inserting those unit skins onto those civilizations individually.

I know this mod is considered obsolete due to its age, but I see that some still claim it works. I have it installed and it doesn't appear to do anything for me at the moment. I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not you need the DLC "Gods and Kings" for this mod to function. From what I can tell this mod adds great aesthetic eye-candy and there's nothing else out there that comes close to the content that this mod offers. If anyone could share what they are using and why it works for them, it would be very much appreciated, seeing as this mod is the second most subscribed to in the game, and for good reason.
