Tower in the Sky Soon to be Released!
Enemy types and battle mechanics explained in greater detail!

Tower in the Sky is a lane based tower defense game with a brand new gameplay mechanic combined with classic role playing game elements. Imagine the illegitimate child of Plants Vs. Zombies and Final Fantasy combined into a single game with a Dark Souls level of unforgiving challenge.

As developers we wanted to build a game that was at it's heart a lane based strategy game, but had enough depth to keep hardcore RPG and strategy gamers interested. As gamers, we enjoyed other titles in this genre but felt they were all a bit too casual. We initially developed the game for PC, and decided to release an early version of the game on Windows Store, iOS, and Android to get feedback from users before making additional content. Initial feedback was very positive, and after 100's of hours of additional playtesting we feel ready to take the next step and create an enhanced version of this project for Steam.

There are two main areas we intend to focus on to improve this game before it's Steam release. First, we are going to add extensive new ways to customize your party and your characters to create really interesting party builds with abilities that synergize. Secondly we are going to add new areas outside of the existing campaign for players to test those builds and develop unique strategies.

How interesting could these builds be? Here is an example. One character class (the Enchantress) has the ability to curse enemies making them more susceptible to critical damage from elemental attacks. Another character class (the Royal Archer) has the ability to do special attacks that multiply critical damage. Arm the Royal Archer with Fire Arrows, and items that enhance fire damage, along with unlocking the fire damage party multipliers in the skill tree and you can imagine how powerful his attacks would become!

• A surprisingly deep adventure!
• Victory requires strategy and skill.
• Build a unique party out of a dozen playable characters each with their own unique abilities.
• Customize your party with TONS of weapons, items, and collectible T-shirts.
• Encounter a cast of NPC’s and a cross genre story that arcs across 1000’s of years.
• Dozens of different enemy types that require different strategies to defeat.
• Help an overly opportunistic Tavern entrepreneur be successful!
• End game content including survival dynamic wave based levels.
• Scalable vector graphics are crisp at any resolution.
• Low pice point ($5 or less).

Last but not least, there is already a playable version of this game on Windows Store and we are VERY close to having the Steam version complete. If Greenlit, we are committed to having an Alpha up and running in a matter of a month with new content and additions rapidly added!

Thanks for your help, comments and suggestions!

This game looks good! Is there any possibility of a review copy of this game? I could give some great feedback and an honest review with praise where its due and constructive criticism. I also have a big group of testers if you are willing to give extra keys and they are just waiting to play your game!

I feel like i need to make this clear, im not a scammer and i dont want payment to review the game, all i want is the game to review in the first place, giving me something to do is payment enough :) lol

I could even do some promoting for the game!

If you are interested add me on steam or email me at

I wanted to thank everyone for helping us get our game Greenlit. Were working hard now to get the new features in the game, and provide extra polish and fun prior to release or early-access.

@Caius I will upload some screenshots of all the enemies and characters soon so you can see the variety. It was not listed in the description, but we will be adding more enemies if Greenlit for sure!

All that you've described sounds far more like strategy than puzzle. It being fast-paced doesn't suddenly make it a puzzle. I'm really not sure the "Puzzle" tag is appropriate here.

That having been said, it seems like a fine game.
