Decoding
1. Copy a sample folder of say,
"SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GOD EATER RESURRECTION\data\GameData\game\sound\voice\Alisa" with all the .is14 files present to a separate folder with the following tools in the folder,
VGMSTREAM[dl.dropbox.com]
(extract the contents of VGMstream only, we will be converting the .is14 to wav.)

batch file to rename the current files in the folder(can make this through notepad, just save as rename.bat)

rename *.is14 *.bnsf

one more batch file named bnsf_wav.bat to run vgmstream.exe's proper parameters to all files in the current folder

for %%f in (*.bnsf) do vgmstream -o %%~nf.wav %%~nf.bnsf

Alternatively you can find all the tools packaged here[mega.nz]

2. Run rename.bat then run bnsf_wav.bat

3, You will have the raw audio files.

ENG is14 left, jpn uncompressed right

Enjoy.

note: In resurrection, most voice files are in the directory tree, however in Rage Burst most of the voice files you may want are in the data.qpck. To access these use qpckeater By Vuze[github.com].

All BGMs are located in the directory tree still. Demo is14 files are cutscene audio tracks, there is no actual proper audio triggering in this game except in the nus3bank files

Not sure if this is still alive, but this method doesn't work on the JP sound files. I've compared the files between the ENG and JP version and it turns out that while they share the same extension, they don't have the same header. ENG files have BNSF headers but the JP files have RIFF headers, but if I change the extension to .wav, the sound still won't play. Any help?

Oh, seems like it's in the demo6540_1.is14 file. But there's still voices and other audio in the way. :/

So I've been trying to locate the music used for the final endgame credits when beating Difficulty 14, but I haven't had any luck at all yet....

Tried doing the steps above the IS14 files changed to the BNSF format for GERB2 but when running the second .Bat I get tons of Failed messages and nothing converts.

Very helpful, thanks!
That helps a bit in terms of changing "GE:R"-audio with "GE2:RB"-audio.
Hope I can fix the loop-problems with it. ^^"
