State Troops of the Empire: Sylvania Edition

For those of you who use Cataph's Human levies for the vampire counts.
You do not need the orginal mod as it is all packed into this one.

Sick of fighting the same state troopers? So was I, so i created this mod.
This mod makes the troopers unique, they vary from state to state.
The new troopers were designed according to the lore. Reikland is rich and would outfit their troops with better equipment. Stirland is one of the pooriest of the states and it's populance is superstitious and very traditional, making them look similar to breatonnia but with heavy empire elements.

This mod is purely cosmetic and does not touch any other factions like marienburg or kislev.
Also affects the eye for an eye campaign for the beastmen but it is not required.

Empire secessionists will also be done eventualy
