One more thing, you can try pressing and holding F4+alt for 10 seconds then release.

or just keep using the pc time trick (set 1980 launch exit set 2020 launch)

To all that claim it's unclear, what you need to do, is press button on the bottom left, hit the arrow next to "shutdown" and hit "shutdown" :> Don't do anything else for 4 weeks.
