Function Build: Siren()
By IceKane
My own build for the game Transistor. Practically fool-proof against most monsters, especially the Man and his Haircuts. Also useful against the final boss. Based on the mythological Sirens, who lure you to death. Guide format inspired by Sir Snarplord IV's The Annihilator Build.
- Uses 30 MEM.
- Does not require you to have a duplicate Function().
- Best that you have all the upgrade slots unlocked.
- Requires three Passive Slots

Note: This guide is still a WIP, so bear with me.

Passives()
This build makes use of 3 passive functions.

Bounce()
Deflection Shield
Shield Cooldown: 5.0 seconds

Bounce's passive effect is really useful, considering that you get a deflecting shield every now and then. You're gonna need this while you're in Turn() Recovery. You'll see why.

Ping()
200% Turn Movement

Having much more movement in Turn() is very helpful, since the active functions in this build are pretty costly.

Mask()
Stealth on Target Elimination
Move Speed: 125%
Duration: 2.0 seconds

The stealth and move speed buff are useful, too. Helps dodge attacks when you don't see them coming.
Function: Purge(Jaunt)
I use this function especially for my Turn() Recovery. You may use Jaunt(Purge) instead if it suits you.
Function: Tap(Flood, Load)
The shining star in my build. Use this after the third Function, and you can pretty much one-turn-kill your enemies. Well, at least most of them.
Function: Void(Spark)
Using Void() right before Tap() weakens the enemies good enough to kill them quick. Spark() is in the Upgrade Slot so you only need to use Void() twice to reach maximum potential instead of thrice.
Function: Get(Crash, Breach)
The reason why the build is called 'The Siren'. Using Get(), you can pull your targets right near you so you can use Void() and Tap() without aiming. Crash() is used to stun them and Breach() is for a farther range.

This guide is a WIP, and I will update it as soon as possible. Please comment a bit of feedback. Enjoy.
