Farmer3D has been Greenlit!
Release date: Q3 2016 early beta
Are you bored of just growing crops and caring for animals?
Do you want to engage your friends on a battle Farm field?
Are you looking for real MMO-style interaction with your friends?
Farmer3D is a new generation of a Farming game with MMORPG functionality and social interactions.
Whether you are an MMORPG gamer or an avid Farmer - you will find fun stuff to do in our game.

Farmer3D is a casual MMO that is focused on giving you multiple options on what you want to do in an open world. You have the ability to farm, craft, grow crops, raise animals or customize your home, along with many other fields of advancement. These activities are not designed to force the player in to a specific routine, but instead all of them allow you to build up your homestead.
There are also many games to participate in with other players, these allow you to build up your collections or achievements at your own pace.
This game is for the casual player who likes to build, take pride in their farm and likes to interact with other players.

· The perfect game for kids, families, friends and the casual player
· Fun 3D Cartoon style that keeps the mood light and enjoyable
· Customize your character with an ever-growing selection of options
· Set up your Homestead and Farm the way you want
· Walk around the village, visit both friends and strangers homesteads/farms
· Large seamless world to explore alone or with friends: forests, grasslands, deserts and snow topped mountains

You can build your farm how you want, yet there are quests to help guide you. Your friends live nearby and you can go to visit them and help with their works, hang out at the village center and engage in games and missions.

Farmer3d offers four regions reflecting different biomes with a central region. In the world you can explore these different areas seamlessly.

Farmer3d was originally developed as a browser based multi-player game. With many requests Farmer3d has been ported and expanded upon from the original to the MMO market. Farmer3D was originally released in 2013 with extensive testing, yet the feedback we received to open up the world and expand gameplay.

I guess rumours of Hero Engines demise were highly exaggerated eh (Ahem repopulation).

(Thought I would repost this here also in case some do not see it) I was wondering why it showed some updates, but it said you were not on for so long. That is too funny! Thanks for the update! I hope others like your cool and fun farm animals. Looking forward to more updates!

Не установил бы "это" чудо игропрома даже за вознаграждение.

Since many brought this up- I looked into Stardew Valley, my one son played it over the weekend. Other than a "Farming" element, this game is different. It is not pixelated graphics, it is focused more on friends and even a bit of community. Stardew Valley does not seem a bad game, but SV is different from Farmer3D.

I do not see a problem with either game. I personally do not like SV, but I will not bash it either. A lot of hard work went into that game. Just as this one. I also do not really think one can compare this directly to SV. Bringing up Stardew Valley reminds me of a song my one granddaughter sings, "Apples and Bananas".

@ chusmaverde From what I have played, it is a lot of fun, and I do look forward to having my grandkids play (Yes I am that old). I see it more as a game you can play casually with family and friends, as well as meet some new people.

It does need some polish/tweaks (What game does not?) , but I think if they can make it to an early access, the input here will help a lot. The devs have shown that they do listen to what the beta testers say and have found that good balance. It is still a lot of fun, even as an early/mid beta. The core is there, and it is fun. I cannot wait to see the updates in the works already.

It looks nice, with a casual look (though it might look a bit childish, if ur target r kids it should be alright). Personally to me, farming is not appealing, but looks like u r creating a really polished game. Best of luck!

"Are you bored of just growing crops and caring for animals?

1. No, clearly you never played Harvest Moon, or you hate the franchise.
2. No. That sounds unbelievably stupid.
3. Yay, another "social" game where I will probably not interact with anyone and just wait for my buildings to level up or whatever.
Your visuals are unappealing and you lost everyone who was interested in farming games in your first three sentences. You fail.
