Disable Intro Movies

Tired of those obnoxious intro/splash screen videos that play every time you start Total War: Warhammer? Now you can delete AMD's paid advertisement and instantly load into the game. This removes AMD and Sega intro videos.

1. Download Pack File Manager and extract it to a folder on your computer.
(Download link): https://sourceforge.net/projects/packfilemanager/
2. Run the "PackFileManager" application (.exe) file.
3. When asked for the TWH folder, click Browse, go to the folder where the game is installed and click OK. When asked about other folders, you can click Cancel.
4. Click Options (at the top) -> CA Packs Are Read Only (to disable this option).
5. A prompt will appear. Click "I'm not afraid, coward!".
6. Click File -> Open CA pack... -> movies.pack
7. On the left, expand "movies.pack", then expand "movies".
8. Right click on "startup_movie_01.ca_vp8" and click Delete.
9. Right click on "startup_movie_02.ca_vp8" and click Delete.
10. Click File -> Save
11. Once it has finished saving, you can close the program.

******IMPORTANT******
Creative Assembly reenables the splash screens during patches meaning they will appear again after a patch and you'll need to follow this guide again to disable them.
