Introduction
This is a walkthrough guide for Stories: The Path of Destinies. A very fun game and quite easy to get 100% achievements. Most of the achievements are either story related or you will get them easily before you finish the actual story. Hopefully this guide helps you getting your achievements and you'll happily rate this guide up! :)

Important chapter read before playing:
For the fastest 100% you should read the achievement Sword Fu Master as it is the grindiest achievement in this game and knowing "spoilers" before hand makes it lot easier. Though I do recommend to enjoy through the game first before thinking about achievements too much.

Most of the achievements are story related and you get them without paying any attention. So on top of the list are the only few achievements that require some knowledge. These are:
  • Bookworm
  • Old fox new tricks
  • Sword Fu Master
The rest of the achievements are in alphabetical order below them in case you need to check some of them.
Bookworm
You have discovered all intel the book could show you.

To unlock Bookworm you need to finish all the stories with all the possible endings listed below.

Before starting Bookworm notice that the stories that award a level up should be completed as late as possible to make Sword Fu Master - less grindy.

Once you complete a single story in a given category below, you learn a truth (only one per category). Learning any one truth awards two level ups:
  • Stories 1-5 reveal the first truth.
  • Stories 6-11 reveal the second truth.
  • Stories 12-17 reveal the third truth.
  • Stories 18-24 reveal the fourth truth.

Old fox new tricks

Use every trick in the book during a combat encounter.

Once a combat encounter is done you see the experience you get. Look at the style points and if it reads Godlike! (300 points) you have reached your achievement. It's easy to get awesome (250 points). If you keep reaching that then you are missing some of the moves below.

During a single encounter you need to do each the following moves:
  • Hit enemy using every four swords (single hit is enough with each sword)
  • Use raven as meat shield (Hold raven and let other raven attack the raven you hold)
  • Throw a raven against a wall
  • Throw a raven against another raven
  • Throw a raven off a ledge
  • Counter attack raven (wait for ! mark and counter it)
  • Use grapple hook on a raven
  • Use dash on a raven

You don't need to use the magic attack of swords. Plain normal attacks will do.
Your hits don't need to be lethal in order to register a move just simple hit works.
You don't need to have all the skill points like dash stun ability. Simple dash will do.

If you feel like ravens are dying too quickly because of the Core keeps following you around, you can disable it from the game play options by unticking "Active Hero Path rewards". See image below:

Sword Fu Master
Once all knowledge you have, rewarded you will be.

Level your character up until you learn all the skills.

Some story lines reward you with an instant level up once you finish them therefore you should finish them as late as possible because the levels becomes gradually harder and harder to get:
  • Story #8
  • Story #12
  • Story #13
  • Story #15
  • Story #22
Also learning all the thruths will reward you with 2 level ups. There are total of four thruths you can learn. The stories are in four categories and completing a single story in a given category will unlock one truth. Once you've unlocked all four truths, you are awarded 2 level ups.

See achievement "Bookworm" on how to avoid these endings.

"If you are short on levels by the end of your achievement run, I found it is best to grind the last level of the True Hero path. The final encounter on it's own gives 3800 to 4200 xp. If you exit to the main menu as soon as the final encounter's XP report and before the final cutscene (which triggers after some time) you retain the XP and can re-start the level. Choosing the longest path through the level (main teleporter, bottom right grappling hook pole, and go through purple door. The path that finds the scroll for the level), and you can get 12000 maybe even up to 14000 xp per completion of the level and the level is fairly short, even when taking the longest path. At level 45 this means 2.5 runs through the level to get to 46. Avoiding the less productive chapters and all the story choice custscene saves alot of time." Commented by SuperNewb.

In addition, read Trent's comment about this achievement:
Important note about SuperNewb's trick for Sword Fu Master: although it works and you will see your XP and levels increase quickly, your progress will NOT be saved if you quit the game prior to ending the chapter, seeing the final cutscene, etc. You'll lose those levels/XP and go back to the beginning of chapter 5 the next time you start the game. The voice of experience.

Thanks for the guide. Very handy for working through each story. For the "Old fox New Tricks" Achievement you don't need to switch swords. I did all the other things listed with only the green sword equipped and got the achieve.
