Description
"We have to set foot on this island before the CSAT forces can do..."

Mission

Your CTRG team has the task to destroy an weapon shipment which arrived on Tanoa some minutes ago. You'll be inserted by boat some hundred meters south of the AO and have to move towards the harbor. Stay away from any Syndikat roadblocks or patrols in the area. After you've destroyed the shipment move to your hideout which is prepared for you. Await further instructions as soon as you reach it.
There is an optional task for you: Neutralize the HVT. An Syndikat leader will be at the warehouse while the shipment is there...


Situation

Tanoa was NATO-oriented the last few decades but this changed in the last few months. The near civil war ensured instability which could be abused by the Chinese CSAT forces any moment. CSAT is seeking for more influence all around the globe (e.g. the Iranian/ Takistani Navy is some sea miles on front of Altis already) and they're willing and ready to capture these small islands. That's why a huge NATO force (55,000 soldiers) is ready in the Pacific (Japan, Korea but also carriers)

  • immersion (weather, misc objects, correct time zones (Altis - Tanoa) since this mission takes places at the same time as "Loose Ends II")
  • NO intro/ outro/ voice acting. (I don't think it's necessary in a coop mission)

Thanks for the feedback. I'll look into Time Window and Game Changer asap. I'll try my best to make good missions with mixture of gameplay/ fun and story telling and detailed AOs.
I prefer missions without respawns and I'll try to make the mission short instead of adding revive scripts, etc (for performance reasons) but since BI added their own revive script I'll probably add this

Good mission ""The Shipment"" Numbers ! I really enjoyed it ! some advice and some fualts on this one and the other previouse missions.. 1) The Shipment... The End ends too quickly need to put a delay on the ending so it will not end so quickly ...2) Time Windows... The mission does not start .. Maybe its just me dont know.. 3) Game Changer... I really Enjoyed this mission but unfortunely does not have no ending when the player reaches the radio tower.. and thats it.. you are doing a great job keep making them .. AND WITHOUT RESPAWN.. Missions are great without it ..except for a revive script..

As I've said, I know the extraction part is kinda long (and without that much eneny patrols) but I didn't wanted to use exfil with helicopter or boat because I'll use the same CTRG squad/ hideout in another (or maybe two, don't know yet) mission. (kinda like my "Loose Ends" missions)

nice solid mission, apart from the extraction which was a bit long winded for my liking but it was awesome infiltrating the warehouse and destroying the shipment - Easy 9.5/10 !

It's the port where the mission takes place (screenshot from the mission, don't remember the name of the village). It's not at the port as some kind of map object when you use Tanoa as map. You have to place it in the editor (structures - seaport - trawler) :)
