Penitentiary Promenade V1

Description
Pretty simple prison.
150+ inmates.
All medium security, 2 Canteens 1 Yard.
3 Levels of room quality.
Most of the rooms you need/can get.
No mail room because I don't like it.
Loans paid, credit in good standing.

I will be a finishing V2 of this prison soon. Larger with High, and Max security areas across the road. The reason I uploaded this is because it runs well. Makes good money has low reoffending rate.
So I won't be updating this one. V2 will be a seperate workshop item.

Most of the ten hours of me building it are are twitch. The last 5 hours are a lot less laggy.
