Bug report
Title: Neko Rage
By: Solo Queue Studio
For Ages 8+

Yes this is a real game despite the poor jokes below.

In this puzzle game you direct the movements of the cat, Neko Chan. When the cat reaches a new stepping block it will make a rhythmic sound and change color. If the cat happens to stumble upon the same step again during its path, the step will change into another color based on the color rotation chart. The purpose of the game is to match all of the steps on your grid perfectly to the colors of the map in the lower left hand corner. Once you have successfully matched all steps and are on the finish line the game will calculate to see if you won and record all your stats for that level or mode. The game has 200 puzzles and extra game modes mentioned below. This game also rewards you gems for completing challenging tasks. There are NO in game purchases and there will NEVER be anything of the sort. This game is fun and casual but has optional hardcore goals. You can show your game to your friends and see who can get a higher score in certain modes and accomplish those tricky tasks. But be warned, this games preset levels can be very difficult and may make you rage, hence the title.

Before you ask a question you may find the comment section helpful. We have answered some common questions there. Yes we delete troll comments.

Unique grid puzzle mechanic. Puzzler.

Casual gaming elements with optional hardcore goals.

Three different game modes:
1) Standard game with 200 pre designed levels, a rewarding gem system for completing levels in the least moves possible. The game also records your clear time so that you can show off your score if you manage a world record.
2) Challenge Mode where the color grid is randomly generated and records your fastest completion time to brag to your friend about, or if you don’t have friends you can always screenshot it for twitter (if that's still a thing).
3) Master Mode where you will enslave Neko Ch… I mean earn a gem if you complete the randomly generated puzzle before the standard time limit of three minutes. How many gems can you gather before you lose your insanity? We are still counting.

A pixel map to guide you to complete any puzzle. (because how else would you know where to go in life without a d@%* map…).

Off color schematics to set that creepy tone.

Save and Load your game.

Quickly reset any level by typing the letter "R" or exploding the screen with the bomb icon.

A bunch of custom settings such as toggle sound, full screen/windowed mode, and... wait is that it? Stay tuned!

Second rate animation! (our studio is small and more focused on gameplay than graphics)

Solid programming despite the software used! Like really we are impressed it works perfectly despite the hype.

Rotating cat head to hypnotize you into giving the game a great score after you have spent several days pondering why you can't quit!

Records of your best time and moves to complete each level.

Beautiful piano sounds (not yet implemented, but almost all sound has been recorded). It may be challenging but it is possible to make a music video with just 5 piano keys right? Okay... Anyways this sentence is to give you full rights to upload any YouTube videos both negative and positive in relation to or about this game or of you playing this game. You can stream video of you playing this game or make videos any way you like from content in this game. We will not sue you. All that we ask if you do any of the aforementioned is that you personally purchase the game on your separate account, that you write the name of the game (Neko Rage) and where to purchase it from (Steam) somewhere on your page or in your comments. Our studio is still learning and would like the free promotion that these websites offer and experience where we could improve based on our community’s feedback. We want to make better games and you inspire us.

Last, and most importantly, Neko Chan, the destroyer of worlds and the eater of all sanity.

(some features may not have been mentioned or are still in development)

Please ignore all incorrect spelling and bad grammar.

We promise to try our best to fix all reported bugs in a timely manner. (see below for known issues)

You may find it slightly easier to use grid paper and make lines to find the best path to finish the puzzles that you particularly pull your hair out for.

This game will be inexpensive when it is released. (as in very cheap if not free)

It should take quite a few hours, even days, to clear all 200 levels in game or planning on paper outside of game. Not to mention the full completion by gathering all the gems for perfect runs.

Some levels are harder than others despite their order. Some may feel "grindy" and other seem better created than the Mona Lisa itself (or is it herself? do painting have gender? cars can right? or is that sexist? Am I ignorant?).

Once you paint a white step the only way to get it back out of the color rotation is to reset the level so please be careful when attending all facility events.

Just because the game can be played by an 8-year-old doesn’t mean an 8-year-old can complete the game…

Just don’t anger the spooky ghost. He doesn’t take kindly to wandering souls with negative auras.

Any and all rage comments not directly concerning the games program integrity can be sent via twitter to @realDonaldTrump.

All positive comments and to report any real issues with our game or programming bugs, please send us a message here on steam.

We will try our best to resolve your issue as best we can and as fast as we can.

We made this game to have fun and it turned out perfectly how we envisioned it would be. We had a good time making it and will enjoy playing it in our free time. We really do wish that the Steam community will deem this game worthy of a library entry. We personally are going to farm as many gems as we can and beat each other’s challenge records once the game is officially released to show off to each other.

By some miracle if you beat the games minimum moves possible to complete a certain level, the game is smart enough to copy your score and claim it as your own. So don’t be surprised if you yourself beat the computer at it’s own game. Don’t worry Skynet is still many years away…

The system requirements for this game are low. It must simply be able to run an executable program file.

rather than deleting negative cimments, you sould first listen to criticism and what people have to

This appears to be a bog standard floor painting puzzle game.

I'm not sure if there is supposed to be a twist, but as is, this is neither innovative nor interesting.

@Plump4Trump many people's comments, because the "creator" stole the game idea, and is censoring anything they don't like.

What comments got deleted? Who would criticize this game?

@privatepolicy99 Those are all advanced features that we have thought about, although very doable, would take a long time to implement. If there is enough funding when the game is greenlit then some of those features may come in a future patch.

This looks cool! Is there a chance of there being user submitted maps? Or like addons so we don't run out of levels? Also are the levels grid going to get bigger, and therefore harder, or maybe make pictures one day? Really like the concept though, You have my vote!
